Rasyid’s Experience (Participant) [he/him]

What do you believe in? Where do you stand? Are you living your life or are you merely pushing through the day into the next chapter of your life. How much have we ever considered to slow down and think of breaking things down to their root elements?

In this process of WOTS, I have seen and experienced a lot of interesting emotions within myself as well as rethinking how I would see and perceive situations itself. The growth that I faced was quite interesting because it affected me outside of the work itself. I had moments of frustration in the workshop, with the concept, the facilitators and even the chief facilitators. This we brought on because I have no idea how to work on myself but after a few weeks, it clicked. I would say I was lucky to have that eureka moment because not everyone has it and not everyone will go through a similar experience that I had gone through. I also believe that the work does not stop there but it will carry on, where we would continue to individually have work on the self as an integral element of our lives.
