Damien’s Experience (Facilitator) [he/him]

I think being a facilitator this time round was very interesting. I got to see how a different batch of individual responded to the work and found their own understanding of what the work is.

I learnt how to guide these individuals and at the same time applied what I learnt from the programme as a facilitator rather than a participant. 

I am glad to be able to share this openness and care of the programme with these lovely individuals.
